These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cartcleanav.com and any estimate, booking, purchase, or service provided by Cart Clean LLC (“Cart Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or requesting or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Services and estimates Cart Clean provides residential, commercial, trash-cart, exterior, and related cleaning services in the Antelope Valley and surrounding service areas. Service availability, scope, timing, and pricing depend on location, property condition, access, requested work, and other factors. Website descriptions and preliminary estimates are not binding offers. Final scope and price may be confirmed after we review the property or job requirements.

Bookings, access, and customer responsibilities You agree to provide accurate contact, property, and service information. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for us to enter or work at the property and for providing safe, timely access to the work area, water, electricity, gates, parking, and other reasonably necessary facilities. Please secure pets, valuables, fragile items, and hazards before service. Tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, pre-existing damage, restricted areas, security systems, hazardous materials, or any condition that could affect safe performance.

Scheduling, changes, and cancellations Appointment times are estimates and may change because of weather, traffic, equipment issues, job conditions, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. Cancellation, rescheduling, trip, or minimum-service fees may apply when disclosed at booking or in an estimate. If we cannot safely or legally perform the requested work, we may pause, reschedule, modify, or decline the service.

Pricing and payment You agree to pay the price and any approved additional charges shown in the final estimate, invoice, or booking confirmation. Additional work requires approval and may change the price or completion time. Payment is due according to the invoice or booking terms. You are responsible for applicable taxes, returned-payment fees, and reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

Results, property condition, and limitations Cleaning results vary based on age, wear, material, staining, prior treatment, maintenance, and environmental conditions. We do not guarantee that every stain, discoloration, odor, residue, or defect can be removed. Normal cleaning can reveal or worsen concealed deterioration, loose coatings, failed seals, oxidation, rot, cracks, or other pre-existing conditions. Notify us promptly of any concern and allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, reperform the affected portion of the service.

Customer communications We may send service-related emails regarding estimates, bookings, invoices, appointments, and support. Marketing emails may be discontinued through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Text messages will be sent only if you provide the required consent and our text-messaging services are enabled. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Website use You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of law, impersonate another person, or use the site to submit false, misleading, or abusive requests. Website content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice.

Our total liability for a claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Cart Clean harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information you provide, or unsafe or unauthorized site conditions under your control.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving the Antelope Valley, California, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
